All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR). Taxes and convenience fees, if applicable, will be shown before payment confirmation.

4. Booking Confirmation

Your booking will be confirmed only after successful payment. Confirmation will be sent via Email, SMS or WhatsApp.

5. Cancellation & Refund

• Personalized spiritual services are generally non-refundable.
• If PujapathPro cancels the service, customers may receive a refund or rescheduling.
• Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method.

6. Customer Responsibility

Customers must provide accurate information including name, birth details, Gotra (if applicable), address, and contact details.

7. No Guarantee

Spiritual services are performed according to traditional religious practices. Individual results cannot be guaranteed.

8. Failed Transactions

If payment is deducted but booking is not confirmed, please contact Customer Support.

9. Privacy

Your payment information is processed securely through certified payment gateways. We do not store your complete card details.

10. Limitation of Liability

PujapathPro shall not be liable for delays caused by banks, payment gateways, internet issues, or events beyond our control.
